Fandemonium Advertising Guide

Our Purpose

Fandemonium is an organization dedicated to the advancement and understanding of multi-media fan culture in Idaho. We wish to promote these values through the education and entertainment offered in events and functions sponsored by our organization.  Please consider supporting Fandemonium, an all volunteer and local Idaho event, while gaining positive exposure for your organization.

About Fandemonium

Year Founded: 2004.

2011 Attendance: 805 individual attendees (not including press, industry, volunteers, exhibitors and guests) Over 70% of all attendees came for all three days (making an approximate "turnstile" attendance of over 1,600).

Projected 2012 Attendance: 900+ individual attendees.  Since 2004 Fandemonium has grown by nearly 400%. Fandemonium started with 256 attendees in its inaugural year.  Eight years later Fandemonium is now projecting 900+ individual attendees - most, as has been established from previous years, attend all three days of the event. Fandemonium 2012 will be held at the Nampa Civic Center, Idaho's second largest full service convention center.

Press Attendance: Fandemonium has enjoyed press attendance from many local news institutions, including the Idaho Statesman, the Idaho Press-Tribune, the Boise Weekly, www.newwest.net, and a variety of local television broadcasters.  Fandemonium also enjoys the attendance of several regional entertainment industry news representatives.

The Program Book

This guide contains the time and location of every event at Fandemonium, as well as bio pages for each Guest of Honor.  It is a constantly referenced guide used by Fandemonium attendees as well as volunteers.  The program book will be between 16 to 30 pages and is made available in PDF to our attendees. The program book is 5.5" wide by 8.5" high, with page margins set to a quarter inch or less  Ads may be submitted in black and white and grayscale.   Please see the table below to select the advertising option that is best for your organization.

Fandemonium draws a very diverse crowd of entertainment enthusiasts from all over Idaho and the surrounding regions, including Washington, Oregon, Nevada, Montana, Utah, Wyoming, Colorado, Arizona, Alaska, Massachusetts, and Canada.

Submission Requirements:

For ease of use and to create the highest quality of advertisement, we can only accept advertisements in an electronic format.  Black and white ads must be at least 600dpi.  Please provide a 1/8 inch bleed on your advertisement.  We prefer ads be submitted in .tiff, .bmp, or in .png file formats.  Advertisements may be submitted on a CD-R or DVD-R disk or through e-mail as an attachment to This email address is being protected from spambots. Fandemonium reserves the right to deny an advertisement or request alterations to advertisements that are determined to be inappropriate.
