Fandemonium Sponsor Opportunities

Fandemonium offers a variety of sponsorship packages intended to meet the needs of any business.  The convention publishes a full color PDF program guide for download, as well as a black and white printed pocket schedule for all attendees.  Also available are registration bags, lanyards, banner placement, and company logos on t-shirts.  As an online option, you may choose to place a banner or link on our website, which is updated regularly and has an active online forum.  First choose a category, and then decide where you would like your contribution to go.

Fandemonium Bronze ($100)

• Acknowledgement in Program Guide
• 1/4 page in Program guide
• Web links on Fandemonium website.

Fandemonium Silver ($250)

• Acknowledgement in Program Guide
• 1/2 page ad in Program Guide
• 1  Free pass
• Logo on flyers and Fandemonium website

Fandemonium Gold ($500)

• Acknowledgement in Program Guide
• 2 Free Passes
• On-site signage (provided by company)
• Full page ad in Program Guide
• Logo on t-shirt (subject to availability)
• Logo on flyers and Fandemonium website

Fandemonium Platinum ($1,000 or more)

• Acknowledgement in Program Guide.
• Acknowledgement at Opening and Closing Ceremonies
• 4 Free Passes
• Full page ad in Program Guide

This list details the specific types of sponsorship available, as well as the additional benefits that some of these options provide:

General Convention Sponsorship

Guidelines

Sponsor will provide funds to the convention in general.  The convention will then distribute the funds to areas where it can help the convention the most. Although not a specific sponsorship, the convention sponsor will still receive the appropriate benefits listed in the Fandemonium Sponsorship Categories.

Guest of Honor Sponsorship*

Guidelines

Sponsor will provide the following items: travel expense, appearance fee, accommodations, and amenities. The average price range for a Guest of Honor is $2,000 - $3,000 per Guest.  Sponsors interested in providing Guest of Honor, please contact us as soon as possible to start the process of obtaining Guest of Honor.  Guest of Honor sponsorship will be done on a case-by-case basis and requires additional paperwork, contracts, and negotiations.

Guest of Honor sponsors have the following additional benefits:

1.    Listing on Fandemonium website as sponsor of Guest of Honor.

2.    Listing in program guide as sponsor of Guest of Honor.

3.    If, Guest of Honor agrees to participate, Sponsor may create special promotions revolving around the Guest of Honor, depending on how the sponsorship is structured.

4.    Acknowledgement during Opening and Closing Ceremonies as sponsor of Guest of Honor.

5.    Acknowledgement during Guest of Honor events as sponsor of Guest of Honor.

6.    May hang promotional banners during Guest of Honor events (subject to availability).

Giveaway Bag Sponsorship

The Convention Giveaway Bag sponsorship offers you an excellent opportunity to get your products directly placed into Fandemonium 2011 attendees’ hands. These bags will contain the program guide and the pocket guide, and will be distributed to pre-registered attendees when they check in at the convention. Contact us at your earliest convenience if you’d like to provide this service.

Guidelines

Sponsors will directly provide bags for convention use as registration bags (a minimum of 400).  Bags must be in the possession of the convention by July 20^th, 2012.

Lanyard Sponsorship

The lanyards will be used to hold convention badges given to each attendee at registration. Think of these lanyards as walking billboards that will have your name on them, and will be seen and worn by all attendees.  Contact us at your earliest convenience if you’d like to provide this service.

Guidelines

Sponsors will provide lanyards for convention use (a minimum of 1,000).  Lanyards must be in the possession of the convention by July 20^th, 2012.

Room Sponsorship

Rooms available for sponsorship

Guidelines

Sponsor has the option to provide prize/give-away items (if applicable) for each room or provide the negotiated amount and the Convention will acquire the necessary prizes.  Room sponsors may sponsor more than one room, and have the following additional benefits:

1. May hang promotional banners in the room they sponsor.
2. Listing in program guide as sponsor of the room.
3. Listing on Fandemonium website as sponsor of the room.

Event Sponsorship

Sponsor has the option to provide prizes for a specific event, if applicable, or provide the negotiated amount and the Convention will acquire the necessary prizes. Event sponsors have the following additional benefits:

1. May hang promotional banners during the event (subject to availability).
2. Listing in program guide as sponsor of event.
3. Listing on the Fandemonium Website as sponsor of event.

Bag Stuffing

Sponsors wishing to provide promotional items for our giveaway bag, which will be handed to every pre-registered attendee, are always welcomed.

Guidelines

Sponsors will provide items to place in giveaway bags (a minimum of 400).  Please fill out the giveaway bag form and send it back with your completed sponsor application.  Bag-stuffing items must be in the possession of the Convention by July 20^th, 2012.

Prize Donation

Sponsors wishing to donate prizes are always encouraged.

Guidelines

Please fill out the prize donation form and send it back with your completed sponsor application.  Prizes must be in the possession of the convention by July 20^th, 2012, if they are being sent.  Sponsor representatives are always welcome to deliver the prizes in person during the convention.
